80061 includes cholesterol (82465) lipoprotien HDL(83718) and triglycerides(84478)

Code description reads Lipid panel and must include cholesterol serum total (82465), lipoprotein(83718), triglycerides(84478).

Additional note: lipid panel contains 3 measures: total cholesterol, HDL and triglycerides. Often LDL is calculated from these results.
