f'(x) = (1·(x2 + 9) - 2x·x)/(x2 + 9)2 = (9 - x2)(x2 + 9)2 = 0; 9 - x2 = 0; x = ±3;
x = 3 y = 3/18 = 1/6; (3, 1/6);
x = - 3, y = -3/18 = - 1/6; (- 3, 1/6)
