The key to finding the passion in your job is learning all the details of the job, working with a great team and leader that likes to show and teach the employee how to do the job right. Learning from your mistakes , asking questions and truly enjoying what you do, In any position is life you are always learning to improve yourselves. So I always say enjoy your journey.
