Brightness calibration for monitor

Question

I have an Acer predator x34p (1000 dollar range) and I’m trying to calibrate the brightness but brightness test patterns don’t seem to do anything when I adjust the brightness. I want to get the optimal calibrated brightness settings for it.

basic steps:

1. go to your desktop
2. right click and select "display settings"
3. move the top slider "display settings for brightness and color" all the way to the right.
4. close the window and you are done.
