First I would like to point out, is that Revit doesn't have different version of Revit for the different disciplines, Arch, Struct, Systems/MEP are all in one version, with that said there are tabs for Architecture and Structural and there are a few overlapping tools in each tab, but also in walls and columns there are other wall options depending on what your need is. The other things that show up in both are the levels and grids but those are the same just repeats. I would ask what it is you are trying to get done and I could advise on how to do it.

Do you mean for wall types? If so, that depends on what the wall's use is. For example, foundation walls are load bearing and should be structural.
