There is no single "correct" approach. Rather, many individuals succeed on MPT based on what works for them.
However, these factors should be taken in consideration.
- Graders are looking for a finished product. In real practice, there are deadlines for written legal work. the graders want to see if you can write relevant &coherent, legal arguments within an allotted timeframe (45min).
- Reading from the File or Library First ?
- Taking *useful* notes when reading File and Library
- Utilizing a "outline" before you start writing. Anticipating and structuring how you will write is far better having good ideas in your head but staring a blank piece of paper.
I offer a LIVE MPT breakdown for clients who would like see this approach in action.
