It depends on your state. The UBE is scored out of 400 points. The MBE makes up 200, the MEE is 100, and the MPT is 100. If you did extremely well on the MBE, let's say a 175, you would need 102/200 points combined to put you at a 277 -- a passing score in all states last time I checked. The better you did on the MBE, the higher the chance you have to pass. So yes, you can pass if you did well on the parts you were able to complete.
