Can I use graphic tablets in Architecture fields? Do these tablets support Autocad or Revit and other softwares?

Yes, though not widely used because of the cost/risk ratio. Tablets and electronic drawing files are being used successfully in the field, in construction. The navigation of the various viewer apps can vary somewhat, so being somewhat tech savvy is certainly a benefit. Tablets allow the constructor to see exactly what needs to be constructed, in 3D model form.
