What would happen if you had a disease that was supposed to be eradicated in the USA?

1. your doctors in USA might have hard time diagnosing the disease since they would not think of that disease at the first.
2. If that disease is infectious and you are able to transmit that disease to others, you will probably transmit it to others.
3. If you and the people you infected are not vaccinated against the disease, you will definitely have the consequence of that disease unless modern medicine can treat you.
