Yes. In fact, all states EXCEPT Louisiana give the SAME multiple choice test, known as the Multistate Bar Exam (MBE), as part of their bar exam. Typically each state also has an essay portion specific to that state's laws and exam. The MBE consists of 200 questions administered in 100 question blocks during separate morning and afternoon three hour sessions. The MBE tests the following subjects: Civil Procedure, Contracts, Constitutional Law, Criminal Law and Procedure, Evidence, Real Property, and Torts.
