How do you clear temp files on a Mac?

When you are in Chrome do the following to clear temporary files:

1. Go to "History"
2. Go to "Show Full History" in the dropdown
3. Click "Clear browsing data" on the left
4. Time range: all time
5. Check off the items you want to clear (browsing history, download history, cookies and site data, cached images and files, autofill form data, site settings, hosted app data)
6. Click "clear data"
