In the settings of the individual virtual machine change the amount of allocated by moving slider. Note that you can only assign up to a certain amount of memory which is limited by the amount of physical memory in your computer. In Parallels Desktop, you need to click on the cog in the top right, and then navigate to the allocated virtual hardware section, and then allocate more memory to the VM.
