Why are there 10,000 grievances filed in the Texas State Bar every single year?

Although 10,000 seems like a very high number, I am confident that millions of Texans are represented in various actions throughout the Texas legal system each year. You can imagine that many litigants are unhappy with the result of the legal action they are involved in.

It is important to note that many grievances are filed and then action is declined by the Texas Bar's enforcement.
