How do I change my Apple ID on Mac?

1. Sign out of the Apple computers and devices that use your current Apple ID,
2. Then sign in to the account on a selected device or computer.
3. For users with two-factor authentication, which is highly recommended, wait for the number to arrive by text or email then add it as a second step when prompted.
4. Once login is complete, the email address/Apple ID can be changed  directly in the Account Settings window.
5. Click on edit and follow the prompts to change the email
6. A verification email with a verification code will be to the newly provided email.
7. Log in with the new Apple ID.
8. Enter the code in the email to complete the process.
