If a company stops automatic billing you but continue to provide service are you still obligated to pay for the services later?

Unfortunately, yes. If the services were provided then one most pay for them. One must find out why automatic billing was stopped. If the treatments were no longer needed then patient needs to make sure they do not go on because eventually one from accounts receivable will pick up on it and start sending bills.
