It's important to keep in mind that most producers out there use samples/presets, even the super big names. A unique sample won't necessarily make or break your production.
It's more important to focus on the composition and make sure you have a really solid beat and melody. Remember, you can always swap out the sample later. For example, you could use a kick from Battery (or some other program) now, and then swap it out for a kick you make later.
