Assuming you're on windows. There are three options that are frequently used—listed as followed:
- Method 1: Completely wipe the drive by resetting your PC. If you're using Windows 8/10, the process is even easier by using the Recovery pane in the settings.
- Method 2: Using Windows Explorer, navigate to the drive you wish to format and then select Drive Tools. Once selected click Format and you'll be brought to a menu. To keep things simple, just click the Format button on the bottom of the menu. Screenshot of menu: https://i.imgur.com/QKrHQqf.png
- Method 3: You can use one of the many free drive wiping tools. For simplicity sake, I would use CCleaner, DiskGenius, or EaseUS PartitionWizard.
Good luck! I hope this helped.

There are many data eraser software available which allows you to completely wipe out the drive. You can try bitraser for file software to eraser drive data beyond the scope of recovery. Demo version of this software is also available which allows to erase data upto 64KB data for free. You can try your luck with this software. Hope it will work for you!05/21/19
