Medical Coding for 20 years
As a coder I have been working in the industry for 20 years . I would say at this stage in my career , working from home is an awesome benefit for being a medical coder . I also have a flexible schedule . However , when starting my coding career I had to work in the office the first 8 years of my career . Working at home takes patience and if you have children you will need to find childcare for them .
