This is a terrific question. Since most employers require some kind of certification, I would be more interested in the school's "sit pass" rates. This refers to the percentage of students who have taken the class with this school, then taken a certification test. The "sit pass" rate is the percentage of students who took and passed the certification exam.
The school should have those numbers, especially if they work with the professional organizations who administer the tests you are thinking of taking.
