Markdown to Word/PDF converter for Linux?

Does anyone know of a good Markdown to Word Converter? It would be great if it also converts to PDF.

I don't know of anything that converts things _to_ Word format outside of Word-alikes like libreoffice, but pandoc will handle MD conversion to PDF.
