What would you say are legitimate benefits of having an LSW with only a BSW? (indiana)

Long story short: I'm at a crossroads of going to get my msw or wanting to get licensed. I've mostly decided that I want to go for my LSW through the supervision requirements. For me, this is just something personal to work towards, as I get fairly bored quickly. While my company seems to be fine with it, they want to know the benefits for them, and for me. Since at the end of the day, they'll be paying me, and one of their therapists in order to do get the supervision hours. From a business standpoint, it gives them next to nothing as I just get to put a few more letters on the end of my signature.

I'm an LCSW in Indiana. I know from experience that more job opportunities will be available with a MSW degree and LCSW, as well as higher pay. There are jobs in Indiana that require the BSW and that level of licensure. If you're seeking more independence in your career and the option to have your own practice, I'd suggest going for the MSW and LCSW. It's a big time commitment, but so worth it!
