I am assuming that you forgot the equal sign and the angles are either corresponding, alternate interior, alternate exterior. 

 

So, for the first one

 

60= 5y-5      add five to both sides

65=5y          divide by 6

y=13

 

For the second one, we have

 

3x=135     divide by 3

x=55
