If you mean n>2, you will have f(1) = 10, and f(3) = 4f(3-1) = 4f(2) with no way of finding f(2).
If n≥2, then f(1) = 10 and f(2) = 4f(2-1) = 4f(1) = 4(10) = 40, and f(3) = 4f(3-1) = 4f(2) = 4(40) = 160, ...
