The 30 6th graders, 70 7th graders, and 45 8th graders at a science camp are being formed into team. Each team must have the same number of sixth, seventh, and eighth graders. Every camper must be on a team. How many teams will there be?

# of 6th graders  = 30

 

# of 7th graders  = 70

 

# of 8th graders - 45

 

The GCF of 30, 70, and 45 is 5

 

Therefore, the number of teams will be 5
