Another option is to use the ROUND command. =ROUND(select cell to be rounded to nearest whole number, 0)

Select the cell or cells. Then right click and scroll down to "format cells." Click format cells and then under "category" select "number". Go to the "decimal places" box and use the down arrow until zero appears. Click OK. You now have a whole number in the cell or cells selected.
