How do I get a bar graph on Excel to sort from highest to lowest?

If your data is not already sorted in order, then the easiest way is to sort your data so that it is in that order. (Data menu --> Sort)

 

If the bar graph is showing from lowest to highest instead of highest to lowest, then to reverse the order of the bars in the chart you can right click on the axis --> "Format Axis", and then there will be a checkbox that says "Categories in reverse order" which you can toggle/check to switch the order of the categories.
