milk and water related question

a quantity of 60% and 37.5% milk solution from two vessels A and B whose capacities are in the ratio 5:8 are poured into third vessel C. what is the concentration in vessel A if the ratios of milk and water in B and C are in the ratio 5:3 and 171:69 respectively?

Kendra F.

This question is oddly worded. Is it copied exactly as it was given to you? The 60% milk concentration in vessel A would not change by simply pouring some into another vessel. With all the additional information provided, it seems we should be solving for the concentration of vessel C..
