MOe, Frank and Eddie are planning a fishing trip to Keene's Lake in the Pocono Mountains.  Moe is bringing $200 more than Frank, and Eddie is bringing $100 less than Frank.  what is the greates amount of money each should bring if they want to have a least $1600?

This question is very oddly asked.  It asks the GREATEST amount of money if they want to have at LEAST 1600, which means they could have more.  To answer if they want $1600, then here is how I would set it up.

 

If Frank brings X dollars, then moe brings X+$200 Eddie brings X-$100.  Can you see how that might add up to $1600?
