The domain is all real numbers.
The only thing you'd really need to be worried about in this equation is your denominator, which cannot equal zero. The exponential function e will never be 0, no matter what power you raise it to. cos(x) has a domain of all real numbers, as well, and there's nothing restricting the x in your numerator.
