Ap2 + Bp + C


What is the sum of A + B + C?

Ap² + Bp + C is said to be the form of the product (8p − 2)(6p + 2) .

 

So all you have to do is to multiply out the product of these binomials, using FOIL.

When you do so, the coefficient of p² is A, the coefficient of p is B, and the resulting constant C are obtained.

 

Thus you have A, B & C and you can compute their sum.
