Find the inequalities inside a right angle triangle

the right angle triangle ABC has three vertices A(-3,5) B(3,5) C(-3,-1) the equation of the line BC is y= x + 2 write down the inequalities which define the region INSIDE the triangle ABC the region doesn't include the points on the boundraries.

the answer is :
AB: Y< 5
BC: Y> X + 2
AC: X > -3

I want to know how do you get that answer.
