The prefix "tera" means 1012. Therefore,
1 terasecond = 1 × 1012 second
You can use this as a conversion factor.
To find how many teraseconds are in one second, simply divide both sides of the conversion factor by (1 × 1012).
[(1 × 100) / (1 × 1012)] teraseconds = 1 second
(1 × 10-12) teraseconds = 1 second
