Function for a cubic curve

Hi all,

 

I wish to draw a cubic curve that has a Y intersact at 37, the downward slope and reach minimum point of 27.1, then upward slope and reach maximum point at 40.8, then finally downward slope.

 

Can anyone provides the function for this cubic curve ie. Y = ax3 + bx2 + cx + d?

1.  a has a negative value

2.  d = 37

3. If the local minimum is in the second quadrant, then the local  maximum is either in the first or second quadrant
