General rules for shifting
y=1/x original equation (same rules apply for most equations f(x))
y=1/(x+a) shift to the left (a) units
y=1/(x-a) shift to the right (a) units
y=(1/x)+a shift up (a) units
y=(1/x)-a shift down (a) units
I wouldn't be able to solve for parts B and C without seeing the graph
