There is no possible solution if both scores have to be even numbers. If you drop that constraint, then this is a system of two linear equations:
T + D = 24
D - T = 6
The solution is T = 9, D = 15. That means the tigers scored 9, and the dragons scored 15. (Both scores are odd numbers.)
