I signed on with wyzant as a new customer, I selected todays date and the tutor said she was available yet when I logged in to the lesson she never showed up. I messaged her to ask why and never heard back from her. Also, I tried to book another one with her thinking maybe I was supposed to do something else so I chose today at 11:15 eastern and still no word from the tutor. Am I missing a step or is my tutor awol and I just need to select a new tutor?

It doesn't look like you are missing any steps, but if I'm to be honest you want some that is response to you at least in 24 hours or less so you feel confidant about hiring them or getting the help you need
