Hello,
I am very dissatisfied with this service. I created an account last week and contacted some tutors on help with Quickbooks. My account was then shut down. I created a new one and contacted the same tutor and she told me I needed to contact customer support because you may block this account too. I have called multiple times and no one is available? How do you successfully run this service while blocking accounts for no reason and having no one available to fix it. Great business model.

This public Q&A forum cannot access or restore individual Wyzant accounts. Creating another account may trigger an additional restriction, so avoid opening more accounts while the matter is under review.
Check the inbox and spam folder connected to your original account for a closure notice. Reply directly to that email and request:
- The specific reason for the closure
- A manual review of the original account
- Instructions for verifying your identity or payment information
- Confirmation that the duplicate account will not interfere with the review
You can also email [email protected] from the address associated with your original account. Include your full name, account email, approximate creation date, and a brief factual explanation. Wyzant states that account-review updates are generally provided within three business days, while ordinary support inquiries typically receive a response within 48 hours.
