Hello, I hope all is well!
To add to the great answer Genevieve posted above, I would highly suggest juggling. 10 minutes every day is enough to improve your ball control and feel for the ball immensely.
Beyond touching a ball if you want to play at a high level watching soccer becomes more and more important as well. Whether it is the Premier League, reviewing recordings of your games, or watching skill videos online, supplementing this to team practice (focus on tactics and team play), playing pick-up (focus on awareness and skills), and individual skill work (focus on technique and touch) will catalyze your improvement exponentially.
Best,
Gabe
