Tutor for AutoCAD

Question

I am deaf with a hearing aid and a cochlear implant. I am taking an advanced AutoCAD class online for school.

I tried to locate an AutoCAD tutor in my area in SE Michigan. However, I am unable to locate ANYONE. I find Wyzant a big disappointment because of no matches. My school does not offer to tutor, CAD is not exactly like math or English - popular subjects.

Does anyone know a different site I can use to find a tutor? I find Wyzant is a disappointment. All they're asking for is payment for a service they can't provide. Please note, that I can't work with an online tutor because of my hearing difficulties.
