For linear elastic analysis, there are only two numbers to be concerned with: E, the Modulus of Elasticity, and v, Poisson's Ratio. All other values are basically irrelevant to the calculation.
Now when you want to figure factor of safety, etc. then yes, you need to know what YOUR material condition is but that is merely part of engineering. Results are still valid.
