I would look on 3D Content Central. Google 3D Content Central and you should be able to find the following link: https://www.3dcontentcentral.com/

This might not give you the best possible model, but if some one has shared a model of a balcony out there, and I'm sure there is one, then you'll see a free download. All you need to do is sign up with your email to 3D Content Central
