Stakeholder Analysis is a technique project manager use to identify stakeholders and understand their needs. The primary use is to identify the stakeholders that have a vested interest in issues related to the project. The stakeholder matrix should at least depict the following areas (but not limited to):
- Identifying all stakeholders
- Document the stakeholders needs
- Review and analyze the stakeholders interest/influence
- The management of stakeholder’s expectations
