Hello, I was wondering if anyone could help me with this assignment. I only have the names of the people and their roles and an outline of the excel worksheet. I have never worked before with stakeholders matrix. Professor said to be creative because I will have to make up some of the information to be able to finish the assignment but since I never worked with this I don't know what to "create"

Stakeholder Analysis is a technique project manager use to identify stakeholders and understand their needs. The primary use is to identify the stakeholders that have a vested interest in issues related to the project. The stakeholder matrix should at least depict the following areas (but not limited to):

1. Identifying all stakeholders
2. Document the stakeholders needs
3. Review and analyze the stakeholders interest/influence
4. The management of stakeholder’s expectations
