I find that the best learning styles for young ASD kids are by pictures, feeling or hands-on and listening. Music into a lessons is creative and a motivator for them. Pictures help them store the image in their memory. Many ASD kids have photographic memories. Also, if you show them how to do something a few times, some quickly catch on. Many have sensory issues and thus learn by touching. You will find that a combination of styles will work best for them.
