Those are web bases internet languages, Autodesk Revit has a . NET API which means you can use any of the . NET compliant programming languages (C#, VB.NET, F#, etc.) which are non web based language. It kind of makes me ask the question why are you needing to rebuild a Revit file? Revit has other ways to recover files that were lost depending on what method was used when the file was created.
