How do I build, and access, a computer in the clouds for REVIT?

You can't exactly do that. You would need: 1) Your computer, 2) A Revit subscription, 3) An internet connection and 4) A360, which is the cloud where you work with other AEC offices on a particular project. Is there something specific you want to accomplish in Revit?
