How can I give an exact texture to the Revit model from a point cloud?

Likely, the quickest way would be to build a 1/8" thick structure around it, emulate it that way. The downside to that is, if you show and reference this in plan view, you will have to account for it, because striking a dimension on it will not be accurate. Given that it should be a Field Verify situation, it should be noted as such. :)
