Flash has evelved into a program called Adobe Animate. Animate is a viable option for the web and mobile because it allows for vector based animations that result in low file sizes. One is able to export the animation in the HTML5 format allowing for easy display on the web and mobile device. While older versions of the Flash program will no longer be supported by Adobe...
