Where is the palette option in Maya?

Are you looking for a color chooser? If you are trying to change the color of something (a light, a material, etc...), you will be most likely to find attributes that you can change about that object in the "attribute editor". For example, if it's a light color you're trying to change, select your light in the outliner, and then look for the light color attribute in the Attribute Editor. Click on the color swatch to open the color picker, including any custom color swatches you need to store for your project.

Or, did you mean something different by palette option?
