What is "у меня" in "после русского языка у меня будет химия" why not " после русского языка я буду в лекцию химия"?

There is a typical construction that I do not know specially when concerning about movements, in which we use the preposition y instead of the subject?

У меня будет химия.

Is a perfect way to say that after a Russian class you will have a Chemistry class.

У меня сейчас русский (урок), а потом будет химия.

 It doesn't mean that you necessarily will go there (Just according to your schedule it will be Chemistry class).

If you want to say that you will go there, you need to say: Я пойду на химию.

Я буду химию. Is incorrect.

"Я буду в химию" is short for ""Я буду идти в химию." "I'll be going to chemistry." In both lnagues the empahsis is on the process of going rather than the arrival. Notice the expressioin ""в химию," where the preposition в plus the accustive expresses "motion into an enclosed space," which in this case would presumably be a lecture hall.

In general, it's helpful to keep in mind that both English and Russian can say more or less the same thing in slightly different ways. If you see somebody walking along on campus, who says "I have chemistry," that person could also have said, "I'm going to chemistry." The same destination is conveyed in both sentences.
