Have a stubborn haired client, looking for advice!

I've colored this client's hair multiple times, and it always looks good when they leave, but it just doesn't stick. I've tried lots of different brands and types of color at this point. I also know that red is a tough color to get to stick, but I just don't really know what else to try. Her hair is pretty fine, but just doesn't want to hold color. Any tips or brand suggestions are greatly appreciated! Thanks!

It depends n how red what’s your starting level? What’s the goal? Need a little more info. Quick summary try a filler color , and suggest red and even purple shampoo assist with longevity .

Have you looked at the condition of her hair? Check the porosity level? What's her lifestyle like and does it fit with the color journey you're on with her? Pops of Red with Red additive are fun too. Dimension allows versatility. You can go with several shades of red, if she's open to trying new looks? Dry shampoo by SURFACE brand is amazing 👏 Its our job to educate our client's on everything we do, in order for them to duplicate the look on their own. We are the experts. Thorough consults are Key also. Hope this info offers you some ideas to look into. Just breathe, and the best thing about color is that it can be changed! Focus on your verbage too. Let them know briefly why and how. You got this girl! It's a process!! Keep up the great work!
